Contractors must hold all required licenses, insurance, and permits for the work they perform.
By using our Services, you represent that all information you provide is truthful and accurate.
3. Contractor Accounts
Contractors who register with us agree to:
Maintain valid licenses and insurance as required by law.
Accurately represent their business, services, and service areas.
Pay per lead, subscription, or other fees as agreed upon.
Not resell, share, or distribute leads purchased through SkyBuild Leads. Leads are exclusive to the contractor who receives them.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any contractor account for fraudulent activity, non-payment, or policy violations.
4. Homeowner Submissions
Homeowners agree to provide accurate project information.
We do not guarantee contractor availability or project completion.
By submitting a request, you consent to be contacted by SkyBuild Leads and matched contractors.
5. Payments & Fees
Contractors agree to pay fees associated with leads, subscriptions, or other services.
Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). We do not store payment information.
Fees are non-refundable once a lead is delivered, except where prohibited by law.
6. No Guarantee of Results
Sky Build Leads does not guarantee:
The number of leads you will receive.
That homeowners will hire you.
The quality or outcome of any project.
Contractors and homeowners are solely responsible for any agreements or disputes between them.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, branding, and technology used in our Services are owned by Sky Build Leads and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without our written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sky Build Leads is not liable for:
Any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
Contractor performance, quality of work, or disputes between homeowners and contractors.
Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SkyBuild Leads, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse.
